Age Limit: Candidates age should be below 32 years as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 2nd Class Honours or Master’s Degree in appropriate subjects viz. Bengali, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Geography, Nepali, Zoology, Botany, Physiology and Commerce.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on basis of performance in preliminary examinations/ screening test and interview.

2. Click on Indicative Advertisement for various posts —> go till bottom of the notification & click on http://www.pscwbonline.gov.in.
3. Before going to apply online candidate should have valid email-id.
4. Before applying for the post, candidates are required to register as per “ONE TIME REGISTRATION”.
5. If candidate has username & password in past to logon to the website no need to fill registration form, if not candidate should click on New Applicants Register Here, should fill all the details & click on submit button, with those username & password candidate may logon to the website.
6. Fill all mandatory details.
7. Click on Academic & Experience & fill all details.
8. Candidates have to scan their photograph, signature.
9. Click on print application & take 2 copies of print outs for future use.
